We’re in to the last few days of London 2012 and what a day today working at the Athletics in the Olympic Stadium. A great camera position right on the finish line.
Just been to the finish line of Womens Cycling Road Race at The Mall – working for kids TV news prog. The Dutch got their first gold medal, Marianne Vos the winner.
Well….unexpectedly I’ve begun filming for the London Olympics two weeks earlier that I thought. I was in London for a couple of days this week, picking up passes and doing some pre filming. This is inside the Olympic Village where the Athletes will be based. We were taken on a tour by Boris.

Filming at the Irish Cross Country Championships for RTE Sport. The winners of the event will go on to represent Ireland at the European Cross Country Championships in Slovenia on 11th December. Best of luck to them all.
